I would like to know if any of you ladies have had heat flashes after you’ve been through menopause. I’m even getting night sweats at times. It’s not often but I know what they are and I AM having them. I’m now 71 and had to have a hysterectomy at 29 years old. I still have my ovaries though. My husband is dead for 4 years and I have no “companions”. I have my yearly check-up next month but I thought maybe I’d ask the “community” about this. One more thing. I do have a fair amount of anxiety for which I take medication so I don’t know if stress/anxiety could have anything to do with this. Just asking.
